Audience Retargeting Done Right

Objective: The Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) wanted to launch a Recertification Campaign to encourage their current cohorts to renew the validity period before their certifications expire.

Campaign: Agency strategised the Recertification Campaign and created a series of content such as infographics, articles, videos and a specialised microsite to motivate the cohorts to go through recertification.

With detailed research, surveys and working closely with the client, we created content that tackles the pain points of the cohorts and emphasise on the value of recertification.

Results: IHRP has received recertification applications from more than 80% of their cohorts, making the recertification campaign a great success.
