PROJECT BACKGROUND

As a company that develops and creates hearing aids, Sivantos has helped improve the lives of millions of people with deterioration in their hearing. To promote their products in China, they have partnered with Hamilton & Sherwind to tap on our expertise to brand and launch their products on Jing Dong and Tmall, which are e-commerce platforms in the country.

As the marketing platform is on Jing Dong and Tmall, there is already plenty of china made hearing aids at a very low price point.

Consumers in China were not able to easily differentiate the various brands and quality of the hearing aids products listed on the platforms.

In order to make the target audience more receptive to Vibe hearing aids, Hamilton & Sherwind has created a Vibe Branding video to educate the consumers and provide a better understanding that hearing loss is a common issue faced by many.

In the branding video, we also shared the ease of accessibility for consumers to do their own hearing tests, calibrate their own hearing aids, and even receive professional help from the client. We have also created a series of videos to guide users to use Vibe hearing aids and how to maintain them in good condition.

H&S has also created various branding materials to create a brand identity for the client on China's e-commerce platforms. As a result, Vibe enjoyed double-digit growth (month by month) and achieved 1 million dollars in sales on 11.11 (Singles Day Sale 2019).
