To create a marketing campaign targeting IHRP cohort to promote recertification

PROJECT BACKGROUND
The Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) is set up by the tripartite partners: MOM, NTUC and SNEF. IHRP is also the only nationally recognised certification for HR professionals. With a strong 4,334 certified HR professionals in their community, IHRP wants to encourage HR professionals to undergo recertification, where the recertified professionals can enjoy continuous learning and up-to-date resources that are crucial to their HR career.

SOLUTIONS
As the target audience for this recertification campaign is the existing IHRP cohort, the number of mediums available and the total pool of audience within these HR professionals are limited.
Other than that, several pain points such as the recertification fee, the time required to fulfil CPD (Continuing Professional Development) hours and increased stress from the COVID-19 situation have created obstacles for the certified HR professionals to undergo recertification.
In order to make the recertification process accessible, Hamilton & Sherwind has created an IHRP Recertification Microsite to host relevant information with details to minimise the recertification process.
We have also come up with 12 Infographics to effectively eliminate the misconceptions that exist within the IHRP community. Through data from surveys and customer feedback, these infographics are strategically crafted to counter the pain points faced by the IHRP cohort and show the true value of recertification.
H&S has also worked with various certified Senior and Master Professionals from established companies such as Singtel, UPS, Twitter, and Merck Group to create 3 Articles and 4 Videos to be shared with the community on the microsite. As a result, IHRP received a great response and confirmed recertification from the cohort.
