PROJECT BACKGROUND

ID Integrated is an interior design company in Singapore with a vision of bringing life out of empty spaces. They are an award-winning interior design firm providing design and build solutions to commercial and corporate sectors. After our team members shared the Strategic Branding & Marketing Grant under EDG (Enterprise Development Grant) with the client, they decided to utilise this grant to help them to create a corporate identity that can clearly showcase their unique selling points.

The interior design industry is highly competitive and many of them offer low pricing to differentiate themselves. ID Integrated wants to stand out amongst the competitors and focus on creativity, quality services and craftsmanship. Therefore, the new identity that we have to create for ID Integrated should clearly communicate this vision.

At the same time, the client wanted to promote their services to corporate clients during the pandemic situation as there were various growing demands for post-COVID-19 workspace modification. However, they were lacking in creative materials in this area.

Hamilton & Sherwind has applied for the Strategic Branding & Marketing Grant under EDG (Enterprise Development Grant) for the client. With up to 80% subsidy (2021), we managed to help ID Integrated to lower their investment in this rebranding exercise.

We were able to do a thorough survey with ID Integrated's existing and potential customers to pinpoint the strengths, opportunities and areas of improvement for the brand. We also created a comprehensive Brand Guide for the client, addressing the look & feel and tone of voice across all online and offline touchpoints.

As a result, ID Integrated was able to garner good sales results during the pandemic situation and even managed to secure many new projects such as the SGAG Office Renovation Project.
